These Membership Terms & Conditions govern the paid membership program offered by PHCARE 4U. By purchasing or subscribing to our membership plan, you agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Overview

The PHCARE 4U Paid Membership Program provides members with exclusive benefits, including special discounts, promotional offers, and priority access to selected spa and skincare products.

2. Membership Fees & Payment

Membership is offered on a paid basis as per the selected plan. Full payment must be made at the time of registration or renewal. All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by PHCARE 4U. PHCARE 4U reserves the right to revise membership pricing at any time.

3. Membership Validity

• Membership is valid for the period specified at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly / yearly).
• Benefits are only accessible during the active membership period.
• Expired memberships must be renewed to continue receiving benefits.

4. Auto-Renewal

• Membership plans may be set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
• By subscribing, you authorize PHCARE 4U to automatically charge your selected payment method for the renewal fee.
• Renewal will occur unless the membership is canceled before the renewal date.
• Members are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and up to date. PHCARE 4U may notify members prior to renewal, but it is the member’s responsibility to manage their subscription.

5. Membership Benefits
